A customer subscribes to a service for notifications of data updates.

This service allows users to sign up or subscribe to data update notifications at a particular frequency.  A user should expect a subscription acknowledgement as an initial  response, and when new data is available on S3/EFS or Glacier for the  data subscribed, a message is communicated to the user through e-mail, RSS feed, JSON feed, etc.  This may require an order processor.
