Definition
Withheld from distribution. An Earth observation product can be quarantined if it has severe technical or quality issues, e.g. blank or corrupted information and thus is not useful to the user community. Level 0 products flagged accordingly should not be processed to higher level products; quarantined higher level products should not be distributed to users.
