Instrument Calibration Information - LANDSAT-7_ETM

Description

The "Enhanced Thematic Mapper" (ETM+) instrument on-board the LANDSAT-7 satellite is a high resolution imaging spectrometer operating in the visible/near-infrared (VNIR), short-wave infrared (SWIR), and thermal infrared spectrum. Data are acquired through six multi-spectral bands in the VNIR/SWIR (ETM1, ETM2, ETM3, ETM4, ETM5, ETM7) with a 30 metres spatial resolution, one thermal band (ETM6) at 60 metres spatial resolution, and one panchromatic band (ETM8) at 15 metres resolution in the VNIR.
