The Global Reference Grid Intercomparison eXercise (GRGIX) is an initiative by the Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS). Managed by the Terrain Mapping Subgroup (TMSG), it aims to benchmark, classify, and standardize the various spatial reference grids used globally for Earth Observation (EO) data.
