What is IMPETuS?

IMPETuS stands for Intercomparison of MultisPectral sEnsors over Test Sites.
IMPETuS is a collection of python libraries, based on python 2.7.5, for the extraction and intercomparison of spectra from optical satellite sensors over CEOS test sites.
