Access to data

Download of satellite data and in-situ data for specific calibration sites is established here.
Each of the links provides a query interface to the historic and current data, available from an internal database and from remote catalogues: region, time range and product/measurement type can be selected for querying local and remote databases.
The data can be downloaded in native and standardised formats (netCDF and HDF).

The calibration sites are internationally agreed and comprise the EOS Land Core site, Ocean Diagnositc sites and METRIC sites.


Status:

• The EO data section includes MERIS, AATSR, PRISM, AVNIR2, AVHRR_NDVI, SPOT_NDVI, MOD13A2 and MOD15A2 data.
• All data can be downloaded in native format.
• For some sensors, subsettings in ASCII format are also available.
• Only the local catalogue is available.

Upcoming releases:

• Query of ESA EOLI catalogue.
• Conversion into HDF and netCDF format.
• Data from further non-ESA sensors will be added.
